Jewvelle: Customer Options

  1. Exchange: Jewvelle gives you the flexibility to upgrade your jewellery whenever you choose. You can take advantage of our Lifetime Exchange program to refresh your collection.
  2. Buy-Back: We understand that sometimes, you may wish to return your jewellery for personal reasons. Jewvelle’s Lifetime Buy-Back Promise allows you to do so effortlessly.

1. Jewvelle Exchange and Upgrade

Jewvelle provides the option to upgrade your jewellery at any time. Simply make use of the Jewvelle Lifetime Exchange offer.

Eligibility

  • All jewellery purchased from our website at www.jewvelle.com

Non-eligibility

  • Made-to-order, engraved, or customized pieces are not eligible for this service.
  • Damaged jewellery or items not in satisfactory condition will not be eligible, though assessed value deductions may apply if you still wish to proceed.
  • Items must be accompanied by the original invoice and IGI certificate.

How to Exchange or Upgrade:

  • Bring your Jewvelle jewellery at our workshop or contact Customer Service for an online exchange.
  • Present the jewellery in its original condition along with the original invoice and the IGI certificate.

Procedure:

  • For workshop exchanges, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt.
  • For online exchanges, ship the jewellery to our workshop, or request a pickup from a registered address. Customer Service will assist with the details.

Quality Check:

  • Upon receipt at the workshop, the jewellery will undergo a Quality Check. If all conditions are met, the exchange process will begin.
  • If there are any issues, Customer Service will notify you and return the jewellery. The cost of return shipping is ₹1,500.

Exchange Credit Note:

  • If approved, you will receive a Credit Note of 100% of the value of the metal and diamonds based on their prevailing price, minus original labour, certification, and GST charges. The Credit Note will be issued within 8–10 business days and is valid for 3 months.

2. Jewvelle Buy-Back Policy

Jewvelle offers a Lifetime Buy-Back service in case you wish to return your jewellery.

Eligibility

  • Applicable to jewellery purchased from www.jewvelle.com

Non-eligibility

  • Made-to-order, engraved, or customized pieces are not eligible for this service.
  • Damaged jewellery or items not in satisfactory condition will not be eligible, though assessed value deductions may apply if you still wish to proceed.
  • Items must be accompanied by the original invoice and IGI certificate.

How to Initiate Buy-Back:

  • Visit an Jewvelle store or contact Customer Service for online arrangements.
  • Provide the original invoice and IGI certificate.

Quality Check:

  • The jewellery will be evaluated upon arrival at the workshop. If approved, the buy-back will proceed.
  • If requirements are not met, Customer Service will inform you, and the item will be returned. Return shipping costs ₹1,500

Credit Note:

The refund will be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer through the original mode of payment that was used while purchasing the product or via cancelled cheque. The refund amount will be credited your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive a Credit Note for -

  • Full value of the prevailing value of the metal.
  • 80% for diamonds.
  • Labour, certification, and GST are non-refundable.
  • This amount will be processed within 8–10 business days.

7 days No-Questions-Asked Return Policy

Our Free 7 days No-Questions-Asked Return Policy ensures that our customers can shop with confidence and satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

POLICY DETAILS:

  1. Eligibility: All products are eligible for return under this policy, unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
  2. Return Window: The return must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Condition of the Product: Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, certificates, invoice copy and warranty card. Damaged or altered products may not be eligible for return.
  4. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning your product.
  5. Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

Safe Transportation of Jewvelle jewellery

Jewvelle offers safe transport for your jewellery from your registered address.

  • Arrange a pickup by connecting with Customer Service which will be free of cost.
  • Insurance: Shipment includes insurance.
  • If there are any issues, Customer Service will notify you and return the jewellery. The cost of return shipping is ₹1,500.
  • Self-Shipment Disclaimer: Not responsible for loss or damage during self-shipment. Jewellery to be secured in a tamper-proof container.
