- International Orders: For our international customers, shipping is charged at a flat rate of US$149 per order. Please note, international customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Shipping Time Frame

- In-Stock Items: Items available in stock will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation and will be delivered within 7-10 Working days.

- Made-to-Order Items: For items that are made to order, please allow 15-20 business days for creation and shipping.

Insurance

All orders shipped from Jewvelle are fully insured until they reach your doorstep. We take all precautions to ensure that your order arrives safely and securely.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We urge all customers to inspect their package for any visible signs of damage or tampering before signing the delivery receipt. In the rare event that you find any damage, please contact us immediately to address the issue.

Domestic Delivery Service

For our customers within India, orders will be shipped via a trusted, insured courier service at no additional cost to you. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

International deliveries outside of India will take 15 working days and all customs and local taxes are to be borne by the end customer.
